Have you attended a Paperwork and Funding Workshop? TVCC is offering in-person appointments in your community.

Are you a client of TVCC? Do you still need some support filling out your funding application?

Sign up for a 1 on 1 consultation to go through funding applications step-by-step with the Family Support and Funding Facilitator at TVCC. Help is offered for the following applications:

  • Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities (ACSD)
  • Special Services at Home (SSAH)
  • Disability Tax Credit (DTC)
  • Easter Seals Incontinence Supplies Grant

Please book 1 appointment for each application.

You will receive an email before your appointment with the information or documents you will need to bring to your appointment for the funding form that you indicate. We cannot complete the funding forms without all of the information listed. If you do not have all of the information you are told to bring, please let us know and we will help you find it and/or rebook your appointment.
